The 2024 Fall After-School Season features free tennis lessons at three of our tennis clubs: Marcy, Jackie Robinson*, and Lafayette Gardens.

Jackie Robinson* will take place at Brevoort Playground to be closer to our NYCHA community.

The Fall Season will run according to the following schedule:

  • Registration Opens: August 12th
  • Time: 4:00-6:00 (one-hour time slots based on age)
  • 11 - 15 year olds from 4:00 - 5:00
  • 5 - 10 year olds from 5:00 - 6:00
  • Days:
  • Marcy and Jackie Robinson: Monday and Wednesday
  • Lafayette Gardens: Tuesday and Thursday
  • Season Opener:
  • Marcy and Jackie Robinson: September 16th
  • Lafayette Gardens: September 17th
  • Season End Date:
  • Marcy and Jackie Robinson: October 30th
  • Lafayette Gardens: October 31st
  • KCTL programming is FREE for INVITED students ages 5 - 15
  • New students must be residents of NYCHA housing.

Please Note:

  • Youths residing in NYCHA housing in Bedford-Stuyvesant and Fort Greene have first preference for any available spots. Additional space for youths residing outside of NYCHA housing in Bedford-Stuyvesant and Fort Greene is determined by capacity at individual sites.

  • Only registered youth are allowed to participate in the program.
